HELP! buried alive under Love

The saying goes, everybody "needs" Love. Good Ole L.O.V.E. what does that say about us as people. havent we learned through te years that on the back side of LOVE comes a heavy HURT. A pain so deep it overshadows every place were Loves"LIGHT" onced shine. Is there a way to get in this thing we call LOVE without internament? I cant breathe under the weight of loves burden
